AOL news won't load

Can anyone help me? For the past few months (it is now May 2014), when I click on any AOL news story, the news story briefly loads, then immediately goes back to the welcome page. If I click on the news story again, I get a message that says, "An error has occurred." I e-mail AOL tech support and they suggested several things, including re-installing AOL, clearing the cache, etc., checking flash, etc., and nothing helps. Any information? Jdeaver886@aol.com
