Spoke to AOL. read my note

After 45 minutes on hold I spoke to AOL. There is NO hacking. Accounts are secure. Just part of a server issue. The rep I spoke with was having the same issues on his account. Does not impact all screen names. I have multiples and others were working. You can get at your mail by using AOL Basic which is basic.mail.aol.com
That "basic" mail service was down for a bit but it is back up. I wish that they made this alternative a little more commonly known. Anyhow, full service estimated to be restored in 1-2 hours.
