still unable to log in and no support at aol

Have now been on hold with AOL waiting for a rep for 40 minutes. No online "live chat" reps are available when you try that. When I called in, the automated message said 30 min wait time. We're now at 40 minutes. Just exactly how do they justify calling this "service"?
