Semi Solution for connecting - aolmail.com, mailaol.com, my.screenname.aol.com, webmail.aol.com

I'm unable to connect using aol.com on either firefox, safari or chrome too. Have been experiencing that off and on since late yesterday afternoon.
I'm getting an unable to connect to server error. Not having issues connecting to other sites. And my smart phone connection is working fine and I'm receiving emails.
But I was looking around and found a quick fix. On a site called isitdown.com, it suggests using a different url.. ie aolmail.com -
it works! I'm in. And it still works if I refresh.
