Can't access through any browser

AOL has been down since last evening around 10 PM. Contacted AOL by phone earlier this AM and was told by the tech that there was a system problem. Receiving error messages from all browsers that they can not connect with AOL server. Tried to call the phone number for AOL that I reached this AM and that phone number has a message now that says that it is out of service and to try to call back later before disconnecting you.
