Can't reach site after clearing cache

Video streaming wasn't working. I restarted modem and router just in case, even though other sites were working. I cleared my cache and temp files. Tried to pull up Amazon.com and I get "problem loading page". Tried reaching Amazon from Google and none of the links work.
