Could not add item to cart and then site crashed.

Same as always, tried to add an item to my shopping cart, got caught in a confirmation loop and then finally the page just vanished completely, replaced by a generic error message. This happens so often that I've basically stopped buying from Amazon - even though I have Prime, what a rip off.
