HTTP error 404

Am I the only one this is happening to CONSTANTLY??! Literally over 50% of the time I try to get on this site over the past month I get the Error 404. I've tried different servers and different computers and same problem. This is SO FRUSTRATING. I have a registry that needs updating!!! What a mess. Customer service of course says they've never heard of this problem.
