Mobile access not allowed

For the past several weeks I've had to load informed delivery on my laptop because the mobile access on my phone won't load anymore. It gets stuck at the beginning of the loading bar and stays that way until I get an error message on the page. But yet no one has seemed to figure out why it's happening.
