Virginia lottery app not functioning properly

Once you login and you decline (select "later") for the promotion, the app goes blank. When you login on the website, it works fine until you want leave an online game to play a different online game. Once you select the arrow to leave the game, it takes you to the app which in turn you login and the process I mentioned in the first part goes blank again.
