Login and password not working

I've tried every conceivable path to get into my account. 

I know my login ID. I requested  a "forgotten login ID" and you sent it to my cell phone

which confirmed I DO know my login ID. I also know my password.

When I try to login with the ID that you confirmed and my password,it says one or the other is incorrect.

Also, if I try to submit my confirmed login ID - the site says:

 "Sorry, you have entered an incorrect login ID or password. Please try again or contact us for additional assistance. Thanks!"

Please fix this. Im extremely nervous about staying with Umpqua Bank since you put my name and SS # in jeapardy back in MAY 2023.
