Can't Log on /Can't cancel.

I tried to log in but it said there was a problem with my email or password. Went in and chaged the password. Message said it was a success. Tried to log in multiple times and I get the same message as before. Frustrating! My wife made an ordr earlier went in to cancel and reorder it with more things to add and got a message that said there was a glitch in the system and she could to anything.
