403 forbidden error

The 403 error and the message -we are experiencing technical difficulties - has been coming up for me since saturday 4/16/16 at 6pm after my first purchase and that purchase was debited right after but can not be accessed under -My Groupons-. Thereafter, I was able to fill my cart again and proceeded to check out and then  error 403 came up and since both -error 403 & we are experiencing technical difficulties has continued to come up since 4/16/16.....
