Address unsecure / will not load

I have used 3 different browsers and it keeps saying it is not a secure server , I even clicked the link i was sent by them a few days ago to my add. I got it ti open but the page was set up very oddly and extremely hard to navigate , it seems to be a problem with some cities and not others to an extent , It is weird. I hope they fix it soon .
