Can't create a password

I signed up for a CapitalOne360 account on Saturday. The process was smooth and quick. However, the problem came when I attempted to create a username and password for my account. After calling customer service, I was able to have the agent create a username for me, but was not able to create a password. Every time I got to the page that was supposed to allow me to create a password, I was met instead with the page one sees when one has already created a password. After multiple attempts, the customer service agent sent a help ticket to the technical team to see if they could fix the problem. Heard back from the Capital One technical team via email today and was informed that I need to clear my cookies and cache in order to create a password. So, I did. However, I still cannot create a password and the site is still acting as if I have already created a password (even though I haven't). I would like this fixed ASAP. Signed up with CapitalOne360 because of the $0 minimum deposit balance and the ability to deposit checks via phone, but will gladly go somewhere else if I cannot create a password with which to access my account.
