nightmare mess for 4 hours+

AOL has been crippled, and disfunctional for many hours. This has been it's worst mess ever, or Have I been lucky in the past?  It may get me to listen to friends to get a more smooth email service.  It snagged, would not delete or spam. Had to be recovered dozens of times, but that didn't work either;(  Really miffed here, and their phone support was too lousy to use the last time I attempted a call!
