cannot access aol homepage BUT am able to get email on iPhone

I cannot access anything aol from home computer - keep getting error message:

Connection to 2001:4b0:1668:3c06:1::1 failed.

The system returned: (110) Connection timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

BUT I am able to retrieve aol mail on my iPhone.
