AOL account/email Status Unavailable

For the past few days it has been near to impossible to get an idea of what the status is of other email account on AOL. When switching between accounts I am told that Email Status is Unavailable. It is a very handy feature within tha AOL software, but with it not working, and taking a long time before it is displayed, one has to logon to the different accounts to check for any email. This is time consuming and frustrating.
