Site won't work and when I try to contact Amazon I get more error messages:
"We're sorry. There was an error trying to send your e-mail. Please try again in a few minutes or contact us by phone."
The standard error that I've been getting is:
"We're sorry. An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly."
