Site note working for video feeda.

Amazon' site is not loading and not responding to requests for viewing purchased videos. I pull up my Video Library to watch purchased material and the site simply locks up. I have to refresh the screen several times - usually at least 3 - before it queues up the videos. This has been going on for several weeks now. What's the deal?
