'send money' attempts on westernunion.com have been failong for over 36 hours
straight as of 23:30 pm on Feb 14, 2016.
Site reports "there has been an error with your transacton, please try again later".
Western Union then charges your saved bank account or debit card for the transation.
Western Union then reverses the charge, which your online bank statement will report.
Except, this evening, on Feb 14, Western Union stopped reversing the charges for failed
transactions, or at least some of the transactions. This transaction at Wells Fargo
this afternoon was *not* reversed, even though Western Union gave only a transaction
failed message, and no mtcn, online:

Calling Western Union Customer service line, after problem has been going on for at
least 36 hours straight, merely generates an apology from the rep, and a suggestion that
you to go a Western Union store to send money.
It is absolutely amazing the Western Union Managment team and IT personnel would sit
on this problem for an entire weekend and do nothing about it, simply allow error messages
to report "please try again later" when later transactions are going to fail in the same manner
when retried, and this situation continues through two days.
