Western union Site and app still now working

Just had it confirmed by WU staff that neither the website nor the app are working.  This has been ongoing now for 12 hours with no end in sight. Earlier I tried to send and WU took my money from my bank account but have denied ever receiving it (although my bank statement shows it as a confirmed transfer) and I have now lost over 2000 pounds.
