Dear Personnel :
I have tried for 4 hours on March 19th 2021 to SEND a MTCN to my wife in the Philippines.
I have called Customer Service 4 times .
All I get is a SCREEN saying to me to ENTER a 4 digit PIN CODE # THAT NEVER COMES TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS
I have hit " RE-SEND PIN CODE " 50 times --------NOTHING comes to my Email.
MEANWHILE - I received 12 email messages from my JOB , proving that my email address is working!
* OBVIOUSLY WESTERN UNION is FLAWED!
** I have been sending money on WU for 21 years AND NOW TODAY THIS NONSENSE of PIN CODE # is started by WU.
** YOUR online " SECURITY ID " SYSTEM is GARBAGE!
I cancel MTCN for the 2d time today !!
** I go now to USE SHAREMONEY --- to Hell with WESTERN UNION !
ALSO----------- I WANT MY 25 WESTERN UNION REWARDS GIVEN BACK TO ME!!
