For over 10 days money transfer to Brazil is down. Always showing the same error message

WU customer service is useless, and their service is a shot...change to moneygram. Theres no direct chanel to complain or ask for suport. less than s!*t, cause s!*t u can use as fertilizer...
I got the same problem since July 09.
"We're sorry, we cannot process this transfer with your selected payout option. Please try again later, or choose another way your receiver gets your money. (C1783) [M1068]
21st September 2023 tring to send money from NZ to Brazil - same issue. Error code C1783. Rang support twice. They repeat a script off their computer and cannot do anything else. Trying Moneygram now.
