System down

Me and my one year old are stuck in kentucky cause every store says y'all are down I've been here almost a month and we'd really like to go home so we can be with her daddy we had to come to kentucky for a funeral and would really like to get home I have two hundred dollars that I can't get to get home when do you think they'll be back up
