Not processing any transactions

 the website in the app have not been operable. I have several different accounts and several different devices and it's not working across all of them. The error message says my bank information is wrong but it's not. I've been trying to send money to my daughter for a week now she desperately needs it and I'm high risk and cannot go out please fix this
