No money in reciever bank account

Confirmed that 18/01/21 and other confirmation on 21/01/21 money will be in my bank in Australia which send from Canada,  but now is 25th/01 still nothing. Called up said already deposited in my bank. Western union must be kidding . Bank dont lie, not such amount from western union deposit into my account.  Sender,which is my sister in Canada kept calling western union and only got nowhere.  Very upset with Western union.
