Error message, transaction will not go thru

I have tried several times to send money. There is no ey in my account. I called western union and they said call your bank. I called my bank and they said everything is fine call western union. The customer service is not very good. They don't seem to want to help you. Maybe they should hire people who are committed to helping other people cause I'm so tired of these customer service people not giving a s!*t...

They used to be a good company   . I don't know what is going on with them  .  But it's been like that for months    .    Read their  Facebook  page    .   Maybe they got new software and are just having a lot of problems     .
