... as if my 30+ year account never existed. Keeps asking that I sign in to verify/refresh my credentials, but won't allow me to sign in to do anything--just a frustrating loop. Going on about 2 weeks now, completely shut out--unable to transfer funds to or from WF, one of my accounts has gone in the red, rent due soon which comes from this account directly to landlord... :-( How long should it possibly take for WF to remedy the situation?! So many customers are being screwed up by this with every passing moment! And I just closed all of my other banking accounts (Chase, USAA) in order to use WF exclusively. Not so smart in retrospect it seems.
