Online Banking is Offline

Every time I try to sign into online banking at wellsfargo.com I am getting this message:

Online access is currently unavailable

To access your accounts online please try again later or re-enroll for online access:

  • Online Banking customers, please visit wellsfargo.com and select Sign Up at the top of the page, or call 1-800-956-4442
  • Online Brokerage customers, please visit wellsfargoadvisors.com and select Sign Up, or call 1-877-879-2495

I've tried contacting one of the numbers listed but the answer that I am getting is evasive. The Customer Support team said "We're not currently showing any outages with ourwebsite at this time, nor do we see any issues specific to your online access, so please troubleshoot the issue by doing the following;

-clear the cache and data and history for your browser
-then ensure that cookies are enabled and that you are not using an auto-fill form for your login in info but that you are manually entering the information
-if the issue persists trying another browser besides Google Chrome, then try another device other than your laptop computer

I have completed all tasks listed above but the problem is conitnuing and I cannot asscess my account online.

 

Is anyone else running into this problme>
