After waiting for some time account summary page loads. However, when you click on a specfic account in the Account Summary page you get the message "External System Unavailable - Try again later"

website has not been working since yesterday, keeps locking up, I have several suspicious charges on my account and cannot even get through to a live person on the phone. What is going on?
This is very inconvenient. Have not been able to do anything on line for two days. Even the local bank is having trouble completing requests. They couldn't get through either to order new blank checks, yet you can make deposit!!!
