"couldn't establish a secure connection"

All other sites work fine, even Https://www.yahoo.com (secured). I have a smart phone and a tablet that says "couldn't establish a secure connection". Why is the ONLY with YOUR site??? Please look into this as I'm sure there are many others with this issue.
