Are they giving any explanation for these outages? Last Friday evening I was unable to access my funds and was told by a customer service rep to wait and try again some 7 hours later (after 4 am Pacific time) Now I cannot use online banking and, being a bank holiday, there is not an option of going to a brach. How secure is their system?????
