access denied on mobile app

I've been trying for over a week to sign in to wells fargo mobile app. It keeps saying no internet connection..access denied. I called wells fargo a few days ago..was told yes the site was down and it was being investigated and would be back online by November 28th..well that was a big fat lie... So wtf? Is going on.. I'm ready to close my account and go elsewhere to do my banking...
