Won't Let Report an Absence to Work

I type in "Report an Absence" and it doesn't show up. But when I got to My Time, it's there. Yet, I click on it and the page gives me: this phont20007uswr.homeoffice.wal-mart.com’s server IP address could not be found.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
