Won't let me checkout in the app! Charged twice!

I cannot checkout in the app for my Walmart delivery order. I keep getting the "something went wrong, please try again later" message. But it charged my card TWICE just now when trying to checkout! This is the third time this has happened to me in the past 6 months - $500 orders each time, can't complete checkout because of error message in the app, doesn't show my current order in the past orders section but charges my card anyway. Each time this has happened, I've had to call them, explain the situation to someone with an accent that I can barely understand, then wait a week for the incorrect charges to be reversed and finally I have to place the order again when the app finally decides to cooperate.

So basically it's two separate $500 charges that didn't properly complete the order when going through the checkout & then another $500 charge once my order finally does go through - A TOTAL OF $1500 on my card thanks to the s!*tty app (which I ALWAYS make sure is up to date before trying to place an order) and over a week to get back the $1000 I was over charged.

Most people, especially right now, do not have that kind of money to let $1000 be tied up for  week & even worse, if that person doesn't have any extra money, they can no longer even get their family's groceries for another week while waiting for the charge(s) to reverse! Also, most of the time, I end up losing my scheduled delivery time for not checking out in time since I get so many errors trying to check out & can't get a delivery until the next day and by then usually almost a third of my groceries become out of stock!

This is completely ridiculous & needs to be fixed ASAP...I've seen many complaints online from people having the exact same issue! Even though it's a bit more expensive,  I may go back to having Publix/Instacart delivery instead.  I've NEVER had any issues placing my orders on their app plus my order is always arrives on time, correct, without expired items, replacements are on point and half my order isn't out of stock unlike Walmart!
