Won’t let me checkout

I've been trying to checkout in the app and on desktop since Wednesda, October 7. I keep getting an error message.

Same. I am so frustrated! This happened to me last week as well. I had to go pickup groceries.

I chatted with tech support about this for the second time this week. The person who answered the phone said they're aware of the issue and are working on it.
