Can't log into Walmart photo from desktop or mobile device

I am ready but I can't seem to check out. I hit the check out button in the photo store and all i get is a blank pop up. This gift is super important because my friends just adopted my nephew and this is their first christmas together. I made this for them in celebration of that.
If your able to pick it up at your walmart store try switching it to site-to-store instead of delivery. I had it set to deliver to my house and switched it and it finally processed. Hope it works for you.
