unable to login

I am trying to login to my account but I can't. It says either your id or passward is wrong. when I follow all procedure for reset passward, it send me new passward in my email but even that new passward is not working for login.

I create new account by using my husband's email. just after making new account, I logged out and try to login again it still says either your email or passward is incorrect. 

I think system is totally messed up. so irritating.
