Unable to edit order after submitting, saying location has changed

No location changed, has been an issue for several weeks. Created a new account in hopes that something was odd on my end, same issue with no resolution. Once order placed cannot update order or flags that the locaiton has changed. Only have one address on file and am only ordering from one store, same store for a year now.
