Ordering for Pickup worked vs. delivery

 If you can pick up your order instead of delivery you may want to opt for that instead.  I continued attempting to order for delivery and continued receiving the message "Something went wrong in processing. Please try again. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently unable to accept reservations. Please try again shortly.  We’re sorry! All times are currently booked. Please continue checking back - new time slots open up throughout the day."

I changed it to pick up and was able to finish the checkout.  It's only 5 miles from my home.  I realize some people are unable to choose that option.
