2 hours. It's going on 5 hours since downtime and still notta. Stopped by walmart to try and dump the cash from the card and that was a no-go as well. What's even worse is that I requested somebody higher up on the food chain than a district manager to kick around for awhile and there wasn't anyone available. I'd have even settled for one of the Walton's, a sound-proof room with a solid door and various implements from the hardware department. It's not so much to ask!

After this little surprise we got from WAL mart I'm cashing out and will never go back
me too. This is CRAZY. And when you call about it. They are so non Chalant about it.
I've called them 3 times every time they say it will be up in 2 hours this will not happen again as soon as everything is up and running I will be closing out
Same issue as everyone else. Called and was told it would take a few hours and supposedly it'd be corrected by today. Sucks as I'm trying to pay my rent and no way they'll understand and not add more fees, this is bs. I'll definitely be closing this out once it's all fixed....if/when it's fixed.
I just want to add some cards that are helpful. I never have all my money going to one card. Whew.
card.com will send you whatever kind of cute card you want.
American express has a card. no fees unless you use an ATM. downside if you get gas, it will pend 100.00 for about three days.

Unfortunately I got stuck with the Walmart card cause I recenctly moved out of state and my former bank was only in my previous state. Went with Walmart card as it was convenient until I decided on a new bank...guess I should have just stuck to paper checks.
Closing out? Damn right. This is the last straw. Back in February, they rejected direct deposit of income tax refund "because it was a dollar over the max limit". That inspired an IRS fraud review and subsequent 3 month delay. When it comes to money, WalmartSucksAss. Just ask any of their employees.
I spoke to rep who advised me that the issue is not wilth walmart system but att system that process their debit transactions.
When is this suppose to start working...I need to pay my bills...its 502 here been trying since 8 the smorning...not happy

Just an update - card is now working, hopefully this is the case for everyone else.
