online order

I placed an order on; received a confirmation email to pick up the order. five minutes i received a second emailed stating my order was cancelled however my money was not refunded to my account. Spoke to customer care/support only to be advise it was a technical difficult and i will received a refund in 48 hours. REALLY 48 HOURS!!! THIS IS NOT ACCPETABLE
