My purchase history is not showing

I get delivery multiple times a week for years from Walmart, If I want to see my purchase history I just go to my account. They have gone to a new method where you click on how many months of purchase history you want to see. But this is not working and you cannot make a return or see what you have previously purchased and the prices without seeing the purchase history.
