Mobile Return Stole $16- Items Returned to Store but No Funds to Credit Card

Scanned Mobile Return of 2 items totalling $16.  Walmart.com app showed 'Returned' on both items but funds not returned to Credit Card. Showed this to Store Supervisor/Manager.  He said to take screen shot of my account's screen and thought the funds were returned to my credit card.
