Grocery app won't work, say request cannot be performed try later

The app just gives me message thar rask cannot be performed and ti try later.  I have uninstalled app and reloaded thinking this might clear it up, but to no avail.  Checked walmart for outage and nothing is shown.  We shop Branson Mo area as well as some on line.  If we can't get this corrected we will just go somewhere that does.
