delivery order delayed and cancelled for 2nd day

Place orderon 10/12 to be delivered 6-7 never came and was cancelled, reordered at 11:30 pm to make sure it woudl come 10/13 at 1-2 never came and was cancelled, associates on line no help promised it would come for sure, others did not even want to check.  Poor customer service, just left hanging
