Completing Order and delivery time

Site running slow and won't let me complete my order and keep moving my reserved delivery time because the site keeps taking forever.

I placed my order at about 5am for a delivery window of 2pm-3pm. At 3om it hit Delayed in status and I'm still waiting over 5 hours later. I've received absolutely no calls, text or email concerning my order or system issues.
