Charged for items not received and could not add to cart.

I was unable to reach anybody on the phone at the location where I ordered. This was over 2 hour period and 20+ calls to Pleasant Grove location in Rogers AR. I was also unable to cancel my order and my current order would not refresh to show correctly or if it was placed. When my order arrived about an hour late, I received one item out of four ordered, but was charged for all items and a delivery fee which showed 0 when placed. I ended up calling customer service for delivery/app and did get refunded. But the wait for customer service was extensive as I assume that there are several glitches or technical difficulties with the app at this time.
