Can't Use Savings Catcher

Same as always. I can enter the recipient number and date but when I hit submit it just spins on a white page to nowhere. On my phone or my laptop. Grrrrrr. I wish they would either FIX THIS CRAPPY PROGRAM  or IMPLEMENT A NEW & IMPROVED PROGRAM.
